PUBLIC NOTICE: Mosquito spraying will occur every Thursday night from 11:00 PM to 2:30 AM, starting June 18th and continuing until September 1st. This spraying is conducted by the Maryland Department of Agriculture alongside the Cecil County Government.

If you want to opt out of the spraying the application is below or available at Town Hall. For more information, please see the attached documents.

PUBLIC NOTICE: PUBLIC NOTICE: The week of 4/26/26, the Department of Public Work's will continue flushing fire hydrants, you may experience discolored water or low water pressure during/after the flushing process.

Public Notice: Otsego Street Renovation Project. UPDATE: Due to additional utility surveying, the start of the project has been delayed.

The Project will begin this fall and will encompass the installation of enhanced stormwater drainage, new sidewalks, new curbs, and a complete repaving of the street.
