Description
The Board of Appeals consists of five (5) members appointed by the Mayor and Commissioners, and all shall be Town residents. The powers and duties of the Board of Appeals are described in Article III of the Zoning Ordinance.

Hearings are scheduled on the 4th Monday of the month, whenever an application is submitted.
