Complaint Process

It is the policy of the Perryville Police Department to investigate all complaints against personnel as they are taken extremely seriously.

You should receive notification within 72 hours of filing the complaint by a Victim Advocate to explain the process going forward.  Once the complaint has been investigated it will then be forwarded to an Administrative Charging Committee for review to determine what/if any violations occurred.  

Once the case is completed and a disposition is made, you will be notified within 72 hours of the disposition.
