Jeff Morton

Jeff has lived his entire life in Cecil County.  He grew up on a farm in Colora, then briefly lived in Conowingo, and now resides outside of North East.  He’s been married for over 21 years and has two daughters.  Jeff graduated from Perryville High School with honors and has a two-year degree from Cecil College.  Jeff started his time with the town in the Park’s Department, then took an opportunity to advance his career as a Wastewater Trainee.  Now with nearly six years experience, Jeff has both his 5A Wastewater license, and his T4 Water.
