Ralph holds the position of town engineer and has been employed with the town since May 2012. My duties and responsibilities include department management of budgets, project design management, project budgets and grants management, review and inspection of construction projects, commissioning engineering & survey firms when needed, design & drafting of engineered construction plans, and finally an engineering consultant to the town administration.
