Dianna started working in the Planning & Zoning Department in June 2008 after 20 years in the residential building industry. She attended Harford Community College for career enhancement courses, management and leadership training, in addition to earning a Certificate in Computer Software. Dianna is a certified Floodplain Manager from the Association of State Floodplain Managers Inc. and serves as a board member on the Lower Susquehanna Heritage Greenway. She has lived in the Churchville area of Harford County for 31 years.
